Showers, Wedding receptions, summer picnics, or luncheon with the girls, my
Aunt Ruth’s chicken salad is a frequently picked menu item. We always serve it
on buttery croissants and like to garnish it with fresh fruit and a vibrant
relish tray. I may just love this so much because it reminds me of ‘just girl’
parties, but I might also just love the parties because we serve these. But one
thing’s for certain, I may not yet have a groom, but I know this salad will be
served at my bridal shower. It’s a tasty tradition.
