One of
my family’s annual birthday traditions involved giving the birthday child the
honor of choosing what mom would cook for dinner. Without fail, when my
birthday came around, we would be eating Broccoli-Ham-& Cheese Roll Ups.
Dainty and colorful, I always felt like a queen when looking at one of these
savory bundles on my plate. Salty and sweet, but also tangy, these little rolls
always remind me of birthday dinners with the family.
