Aunt Karen's Iced Brownies

Every family gathering has food, and every gathering of food has desert! Well in my family, that desert table just wouldn’t be complete without a pan of Aunt Karen’s brownies. Spongy, soft, and topped with a deliciously creamy chocolate frosting, these brownies are dangerously delicious. Not only did we beg my mom to make them for family night treat, but when my older brother was a teenager, he would regularly make an entire pan for himself and carry them to his room. Once I was old enough to play in the kitchen too I began making them for friends and an inquiry for the recipe always accompanies their ranting reviews.
