Mom's Poor Man's Tuna Gravy

Growing up my family was tight on finances. But we were always well provided for. My mom said she enjoyed discovering how little money she could spend on feeding the entire family a warm delicious meal. Tuna gravy over biscuits was one of her cheap meal go-tos. Sometimes she’d add vegetables, depending on whether we had them in the house, but with them or without, Tuna gravy always warmed our bellies and combined with the warmth of conversation around the dinner table, it always felt like a meal fit for a king.
