Uncle Johnny's Chili

My great uncle Johnny grew up with a passion for cooking. This lead him to open his own restaurant. By far, my favorite recipe he concocted is his chili. We make it every fall, particularly Halloween night, and have won two awards with it in cooking contests. Whether it’s chili outside or not, it’s always a good time to remember Uncle Johnny and chow down some chili.
